Subject: Engines around elo 2000

Hi
I have realised that I never play a game against Fritz, Rebel or whatever when
they are at full strength. I only use full strength (which often means above elo
2500) when I want a second opinion on my games, or when I want to be entertained
by two giants playing against each other.

So what I really want is an engine playing at my on level which in my case is
around elo 1900.

Apart from the ability to decrease the power of rebel or fritz and friends, can
someone recommend a free engine that works under xboard/winboard that at full
strength plays a decent game in the range of elo 1800-2100?
