Also if people are disgruntled, it's ok to address how you feel about a product, however you should be contacting ChessBase as well. Also a polite post to Amir at CCC may go a long ways. As for spitting on ChessBase and even Frans Morsch (Jim Bodkins) who makes an outstanding chess engine, well that's just petty and in my books is over the top! I'm still waiting for Junior 8 to arrive, and if I have problems like so many here, I'll not write ChessBase off, that's absurd! Instead I'll post to Amir Ban, and discuss this issue with ChessBase in a cordial manner. This is the correct thing to do. I'm certain ChessBase and Amir and Shay don't want these problems any more than their customers! Remember Shredder 6, the engine malfuctioned shortly after buying the product? Well I do! But ChessBase fixed that in one hell of a hurry! These things happen, these programmes, engines and GUIs are complex, so bugs obviously will happen...Chess Master _always_ needs patches but I never hear complaints like this about them too often, some yes, but this is ridiculus! You can gripe about it all you want but it will solve nothing, addressing the issues properly will! Terry
