In the very first game Junior 8 exceeded the time with its 38th move but in a
won position. I counted that game anyway as won for Junior.
The 2nd game I saw this problem was in a lost position.
If you own any of the Fritz-, Junior-, NImzo-, HIarcs-programs, you can check
yourself. When you move through the games, the clock always shows the current
time left.

I pointed this out in another thread "Nonstop Nonsens" here, I have to admit it
was in German only.
You should also take a look at the Sweshnikov games (B33) which occured 4x
within the first 12 games.
