I don't read all the messages, so I can't be sure, but I don't think that is
what he's talking about. The conduct of Chessbase is most definitely on topic,
and while it's easy to be abusive to an individual, it's hard to be abusive to
an organization. Moreover, if someone simply expresses the feeling that they
were ripped off, or expects truth in advertising, then they're simply reporting
their own feelings in response to an objective situation about a product that
anyone can verify. I'm not sure what the moderator is responding to, but I feel
certain it's not posts about Chessbase.
