Every time a new release of a major chess program is out we can see a pile of
negative pointless posts against it.

It has been exactly the same when Chess Tiger 15 has been released, and the
concerns turned out to be nonsense, mostly.

If there are problems, I think it is possible to report what the problem is and
to let the programmer fix it.

"I want my money back" in upper cases in the subject line of a message is not
going to help much.
