Thanks I´ve experienced this same problem two days ago and I solved it installing Junior 8 (it´s also solved installing Chess Tiger 15) so I dont know if its a problem with the "old" interfaces (Fritz or Shredder) as the problem keeps appearing with the March update installed also. This doesnt look a "cheap solution" (doesnt matter me as I´ve the 4 engines) so I hope someone will come with a better solution. BTW, it also happened to me without the tablebases installed in a computer with Windows XP Home Edition installed on it...
