I had CM 8 and 9K in Chessbase F8 GUI set up using wb2uci.  For Arena, I just
then pointed to the same file (wb2uci.exe) and it works fine.  Of course CM does
not have an opening book in Arena.  If you use it in F8 or Chesspartner, you
could use the GUI's books,
