I find it very annoying to blame an engine in the header of a post
without further research! Where have you been all the time not to
know about the crappy CB-WB adapters?
It is a fact that the GUI sometimes even sends moves for engines with
this adapter, which were simply not calculated...(and it does some
other bad things too)
Of course Smarthink never wants to play this under WB, no matter
if I feed the game or the FEN into it.

I suggest you to use Odd Gunnars WB2UCI adapter but even with this
there is no guarantee that WB programs reach the same strength
under CB GUIs as under WB,though I dont know of such extreme
examples like yours with that approach.
