I do not claim a very high accuracy for the higher trainer levels.

But the regular version (full strength, not trainer levels) has been tested by
the SSDF and has achieved a rating of 2101 elo on a Palm m515 @42MHz. Please go
to http://w1.859.telia.com/~u85924109/ssdf/ to see the list (you will need to
click on "Full list" then on "Download the list in DOS format" to see Chess
Tiger for Palm).

That was version 14.9a. Version 15.0 has a better chess engine and can use
several megabytes of hash tables (v14.9a can use only 48Kb) so I estimate it is
50 elo points stronger.

So I claim a good accuracy for the rating of the full strength version and I
give more explanations and formulas in the FAQ page at http://www.chesstiger.com

BTW Ches Tiger 15.0 for Palm is a free update, so just go to
http://www.chesstiger.com and click on "Download" to download it now!
