Subject: Looking for tool

Hi,
since the "publish" function in my ChessBase programs does not work and I would
like to publish my live test games anyway, I am looking for a program which
provides the following functionality, based on the functionality of webcams:

- does a screenshot every x minutes
- uploads this screenshot to my website, maybe with a pre-defined filename.

Does such a program / tool exist? If so, how is it called, where can I find it?
Keep in mind that I will do this "service" for you so that YOU are able to
follow my test games online. :)
