400 MHz is the speed of the fastest ARM processor used by Palm.  ARM processors
do not have a cache (or little if they do) so you need more MHz to compensate.
The Tiger Mark will all you to compare exactly which is similar to your sn
concept.  But the point I was making was that a fast Palm is probably better or
equal to a machine of 1995.
