Subject: what kind of comp for strong chessmaster 9000 play

Hello ive been thinking about gettin a new computer but dont want to spend too
much.i use chessmaster 9000 on permitted sites and its already lost 3 times out
of 40 to a non fide rated player,what would you reccomend getting so that my
chessmaster 9000 is above grandmaster level
