yes it should.

I assume you are not able or willing to build your system yourself, and have no
intention in overclocking, right?

Here are a few systems:

http://www.googlegear.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=154004-2600

770 $ is too much?

you may configure your own PC here:

http://www.elitepc.com/default.asp?vchPageID=E-4800

even better prices you will get here:

http://www.cyberpowersystem.com/custom/thunderbird.htm

if you are still not satisfied you can try every partner which is shown on the
AMD-Page:

http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/ComputingSolutions/0,,30_288_3091_3098,00.html

I configured a system for you at cyberpowersystem.com

http://order.store.yahoo.com/cgi-bin/wg-order?unique=60713&catalog=cyberpower&et=3ee60e1b&basket=5Cd2e188d80159863ee60713ed7e7d1e188d8914dafc15cff8a49b0b8ded7000e

This is with a DVD-ROM but without a CD-Writer, without an OS and without mouse
and keyboard.
