Yes, exactly.
I have posted above an estimate (that I think is an honest one, not a commercial
blurb) of the CURRENT version of Chess Tiger 15.0 running on a Palm Tungsten-C
in emulation mode (the ARM processor simulating a Motorola 68000 processor).
I expect the native ARM version of Chess Tiger for Palm to be 10 times faster on
this device, but I did not post its estimated rating because it is not ready
yet.
But you can expect it to be 200 elo points stronger or more.
