Andreas, I think Artificial intelligence : an international journal. - Amsterdam : Elsevier 1.1970 - ISSN: 0004-3702 can be found in most University libraries (of Universities that have computer science). ICCA journal / ICCA, International Computer Chess Association ; publ. by University of Limburg, Department of Computer Science. - Maastricht ISSN: 0920-234X can be found in Paderborn and Hannover. http://pacifix.ddb.de:7000/?SRT=YOP&IMPLAND=Y can help to find libraries, that have the journals. I think most University libraries do have a "Fernleihe"-possibility, where you can order for a small fee articles from journals (you will get a photocopy), that are not available locally.
