Your board should at least be able to run 2250MHz speed (1.65v) at 166fsb.
That board doesn't have 3 or 4 phase power setup so I can't guarantee it will do
more, but, I have a 15 day money back guarantee. If it doesn't work, no
problem.. send it back.

Your best bet would be to pick up an Abit NF7-S v2.0 or Epox 8RDA
(motherboards). You'd be able to hit 2.4GHz/1.75v with ease on one of those
boards and will have full multiplier and fsb control. This mean you could run
400fsb (12x200) very easily. You don't even need fast ram, because both boards
allow you to run your ram slower than the fsb itself.
