I've been looking at is _intently_ as it is doing the same on my dual xeon,
while it doesn't do this on any of my quads at all.  IE quads run the NPS at
nearly 4x a single cpu NPS.  But my dual is not anywhere close for reasons
unknown...

I'm definitely looking...
