Some boards won't let you change the multiplier, voltage or FSB. Mainly dual CPU
boards. There are some single boards like that. This is why cpu modification is
necessary in some cases. Also try "CPUFSB" for fsb overclocking in windows, you
may like it more than Speedfan.
