Hi Steven, you say that you have a Trojan and it is tracked down to mmx.exe but you can't replace it because Windows is locking it. Am I'm right? In that case: 1. Get a fresh copy of mmx.exe 2. Start another Windows from a CD or diskett. If you have FAT32 file system you can use an old version of Win95 Win98, for instance, otherwise you have to be more careful with what version you boot from. Now replace the infected file with the new one. In the worst case you need to edit the registry but I hope not... /Peter
