Are you making plans for a PhD thesis on computer chess? I'm already into it :) My MSc thesis is titled "Efficient Search and Knowledge-Based Innovations for Computer Chess". The title is intentionally vague, because the thesis will contain sections on forward pruning (e.g., the already published verified null-move pruning), and also on endgames (the area I have been working for the past year). And undoubtedly the PhD thesis will also be about computer chess. >That would sound like a terribly difficult undertaking. No, I haven't submitted any papers to the conference, because I will be busy there participating in the WCCC with Falcon. Looking forward to see you there! Omid. > >Greetings, > >Rémi
