Dear Alan, Sorry for the tone of my post. You were very kind to come to my aid and I'm grateful for that. Thanks! Yes, eTrust was indeed a bugger. But my stupidity didn't help either. Like the idiot that I am, I deleted eTrust by right clicking it. A friend of mine couldn't believe that I was so ignorant as to not just "uninstall" it. Well, I am. I'm smarter now, but I've also goofed up my ability to reboot. I called a friend who's confident he can fix my problem, but I need to wait until Sunday afternoon. So I guess I'll just drink the Canadian beer that I bought tonight and buy him Tzingtao beer (Chinese, his favorite) in time for Sunday. I'll heed your advice and keep him sober until after he fixes my virus and boot problems. Thanks again, Alan. Sincerely, Stephen
