Although White is probably already losing by this time, Chessmaster 9000 says
that 21.Kh3 is a terrible move, and by far the worst choice of the four legal
moves. As a matter of fact, after 21.Kh3, CM9000 needs only nine seconds (on a
dual P3-450) to see that Black has a forced mate in 8 with 21...Ne4:
