Actually, it's a quote taken from a book written by Gerard De Villiers(SAS # 106 Le Disparu des Canaries) who happens to be French. It's not meant to be insulting, it's only a figure of speech so please don't make a big deal out of this. And besides, it's an historical fact and the proof is that even a renowned French writer used it.
