regading the legitamacy of my post.
A thread on piracy was allowed here. ( a trolled thread)
Mr Allistair Scott argued that by definition, there is no LINUX piracy.
My post was a response to that. My heading encapsulated a well known argument.
It was not a new thread in violation of accepted charter principles here.
The body of my text explained the heading clearly.
It's not necessary to 'get personal' or psychanylize my 'strong feelings.'
And mincing words about my headline is not different than mincing words about
the body of my text after the ideas are clearly re-explained. And the contextual
thread which contained them is ignored.
I am sure that all your findings about the ambiguity of SCO's legal battle are
intelligent, insightful and probably factually correct. Nevertheless such a
battle is happening now. Best to ya, Marc.
