It looks as though Fritz is wrong. The Laws don't say that the repeated position
has to be on moves N, N+2 and N+4, although I'd guess that "non-contiguous"
draws are quite unusual. I suspect a trawl through a big OTB database will turn
up quite a few such draws which weren't noticed at the time ...
