Yes, i've also been accused (and banned) by this kind of software. But it was
not blitz games (where i blunder all the time). In longer games its easier to
play "perfect". What these softwares do, is to make a hit-ratio which is
dependent on your rating. hit-ratio is calculated by comparing your moves to one
of the top engines moves. I scored "super GM". I was banned. The program is
based on statistics, and on test data. I didn't cheat.
