I wouldn't worry. IBM has rejected SCO's settlement deadline because it feels it has enough evidence to win. SCO's evidence that they showed later was a mere 50 lines of code and didn't prove much of anything. No one can be certain that SCO didn't lift those lines themselves way back when (not saying they did, just that nothing can be proved with that 'evidence'). Also Novell has stepped into the ring saying that they are the ones who rightfully own the UNIX tm's. SCO w/ scant evidence vs. IBM & Novell's hefty legal departments... I'd say there's nothing much to worry about. :) Pete
