Subject: Under-rated programs at ICC

Suddenly a bunch of programs begun to match my engine Terra. It was accounts
with engines like Fritz 8, ChessTiger 15, CM9K and even Ruffian. Do I have to
say that they beated up Terra badly... What they had in common was their
extremely low ICC rating due to the fact that it was quite new accounts. Ratings
like 2300 and 2400 for these programs made Terra quickly losing 150-200 points.

Is this a coincident or is something fishy going on that I should be aware of?
