I think it would be interesting to have an option similar to "no-playing"
computers, but instead you could "no-play" computers that aren't run by their
author. That way you wouldn't have to play a dozen different people all running
Fritz, Shredder, Junior, Tiger, etc. on top of the line hardware. That's kind of
like buying a rating. I bet for the money those people spent on their new
computers, ICC would give you whatever rating you wanted :)
