I remember that in the short time that I used an account to play with Movei in
ICC a lot of players did not let me to play against them because their formula
said that they do not play with players without a stable rating.

I do not like it and I am not going to pay for the joke that is called rating on
ICC.

I think that a server when no formula is allowed is better.

Maybe it is possible to create something similiar inside ICC
by having a formula that does not allow people to play you except people who
have the same formula as you.
