You can choose to care or not. I don't care, but do tend to notice the same handful of accounts that "harvest" ratings points whenever Tinker's rating creeps up, but I don't have a very restrictive formula and do not noplay anyone. I figure the more games the better to help find things to fix. And, every once in a while Tinker draws or even wins against the much stronger engines.
