I have no problems meeting strong programs but the ratings will get rather
meaningless in an environment where the opponents ratings are not even close to
the real strength. Furthermore it seems to be possible to collect ratings in a
tactical way. For instance whenever the opponents rating is high then match them
otherwise decline. It would be more interesting to see the ratings fluctuating
in a normal way. One can always be lucky/unlucky of course.
