Maybe, but if they have a correct rating I see no problems meeting them as long as it isn't 20 times in a row... Normally they crush TerraPi but once in while there will be a draw or win for Terra. That's enough to keep the rating on the right level. Well, I decided to just ignore the ICC rating for now.
