Some Blitz ratings lists: http://www.computerschach.de/rangliste/Blitzrangliste.htm (2m+2s ATB/1200) http://www.schachseiten.de/rangliste.htm and http://www.schachseiten.de/top.htm (4m+2s P3/450) http://www.geocities.com/chessfun_1999/light.html (1m+1s ATB/1200) Not all up-to-date top engine participated on all lists... I believe that the main difference to ratings from longer time controls is, that Hiarcs 8 is among the blitz top-five but not Junior. I think that the other four are the same "as usual" :-) Fritz,Shredder,Tiger and The King. The ranking differs, with either Shredder or Fritz on top most often. Other candidates for the top-5 are of course Junior and Ruffian (see i.e. the Grailmaster list). No big surprises in comparison to SSDF, except maybe Hiarcs 8. Regards, M.Scheidl
