Rh8 can be claimed as a draw according to the rules. Even 6... Rh7 leads to a three-fold repetition (same position as after 2... Rh7 and 4... Rh7, both sides have lost the right to castle kingside). If the programs or GUI are setted up to claim a draw as soon as allowed by the rules, then there is something wrong somewhere if they do not after 6... Rh7 José.
