So who is right ? > >Greets, Thomas Ooops, Thomas, after reading also the answer of Jose below, it seems you are wrong here, though I tended to believe you first, because your castling rights stuff somehow upset me (and others?) ;-) Like Jose said, 2...Rh7 4...Rh7 and 6...Rh7 _are_ the same positions and therefore you can claim a draw by repetition after 6...Rh7.
