Its not official Chessbase advertising. Chessbase cannot be held liable for what some third party offers in their website. If Chessbase were to make that same statement about 2 engines being offered at their website or on actual cd covers of junior 8, then yes, those who purchased junior 8 would have a legal remedy available. But you can't hang any hope on what some idiot in the UK puts in his website. It has to be from chessbase itself.
