Hi Mr Smith, but not to understand me wrong: I am quite sure that nobody in this club want to go to court with chessbase... (So if you are really the hired lawyer of chessbase there is no chance for a big salary :) In fact we all love ChessBase - for some of us it might be hate and love combined - anyway, love is there, we all love our hobby. Most of us buy as many ChessBase products as their income allows. Look what Terry wrote in his mail to ChessBase: "Although I'm somewhat disappointed, Junior 8 was worth the purchase and you and Amir provided a much needed patch quickly, thanks. However, will you and Amir Ban compensate this error by providing these other engines, YY and XZ single processor versions for Junior 8 via your site?" and I believe this are the feelings of most of us. The only thing that we want is a fair and honest partner: ChessBase... so it's up to them to apologize and to rethink about the error they made - maybe they can show some good will. You know, nobody here wants to force ChessBase to give anything away for free or whatever - but for the customers it would be a nice gesture to give "something" away... sometimes even a nice eMail is enough...
