If their claims are correct ( linux does not only contain the same code, but also the same programmer remarks ) then they should win. Even if microsoft provides them with the money to sue. If their claims are incorrect then the company dies, because the reliability is gone, (a major issue for unix) so they know they are playing high stakes. Tony > > > > Christophe
