Games on ICC cannot prove that program X is better than program Y.

It is possible that the programmer of one of the programs played with buggy
version in some games and the games helped him to detect the bug.

Games on ICC are usually not part of the games that are considered as important
tournamets so programmers may care less not to have buggy versions.

I think that it may be more interesting if there was a date when latest public
Stobor could do better than latest public Crafty(not only in matches between it
and crafty but also against other opponents).

I did a search for stobor in the winboard forum and the result that I fins are
not impressive
Some links that I found suggest difference of more than 200 elo.
Maybe Stobor is handicapped by Fritz gui in part of the lists(I do not know).

If you are interested to compare your program with Crafty on equal hardware then
you can send a private winboard version of Stobor to Leo at 40/40 time
control(deadline for new entries for the next edition is 1.8)

http://wbec-ridderkerk.nl/

Crafty is playing there and it got the 5th place in the last tournament
see http://wbec-ridderkerk.nl/html/his3rdedition.html

It will probably have more problems in the next tournaments because of
opponents like Deep sjeng and Chessmaster9000 that will also play.
