Is the hardware slower than the hardware that the ssdf used to test palm tiger14.9? palmtiger14.9 is above 2100 ssdf rating and based on what I read I understood that it is probably equivalent to 2200 fide rating or to 2300 USCF rating. palmtiger14.9 used very small hash tables and the problem was a design decision and not hardware so palmtiger15 may be 50 elo better on the same hardware.
