I remember at least other 2 examples of "fortress" patterns used successfully to draw against a computer.. in one case it was used by an international master to draw against Fritz 5. However I would not have imagined that the "fortress" trick would work also for 1500 players. I suggest everybody try it and report if they win against their computers.
