Gentus??? Maybe you mean Gentoo?

Anyway I think ease of use of the 3 standard distros I mentionned is more
important than the flexibility or optimizations of a source based distribution.

The first thing people want is that the OS works, and to be able to use it.

But eventually what counts is that more people use Linux. Any distribution as
long as it is Linux.
