Chess game scores are not protected by copyright. Just as scores, statistics and reviews of other events that are open to the public. Sports events for example. It's as easy as that. And you should be more than happy with that. Because if they were not you would never be able to see the game scores in your lifetime. Unless both the players agreed on it. Nothing stops you from playing secret games. And hope that your opponents don't publish them. MvH Dan Andersson
