I know, I have the same problem here but couldn't locate the reason so far.
Maybe a jdk problem, maybe swing, maybe the threads.

Not easy to create an opening book format with transposition recognition and
small size. Some hints might be useful.

We know this. This is a pre-alpha version, so don't expect too much. We're
working on the program in our little spare time and therefore would appreciate
some more contributors.
