At the moment there are three FRC programs as far as I know. The strongest would
be either Betsy or the Baron. Unfortunately I haven't played much FRC games
between Betsy and the Baron so I cannot say which one is the stronger one.

I don't think either program is up to 2500 strength though (tournament time
control assumed).
