I understand this for only creating starting positions, here is obviously no need to use such a tool beside of Arena, ok. But the main goal of the FullChess FEN Editor is to introduce the FRC-FEN and to allow making experiments with it (and there are some interesting graphic tools additionally integrated with it, too).
