I think that a tournament when in every game a random FRC position is chosen is
good to choose the FRC champion.

programs that do not support castling should be allowed like programs that do
not play underpromotion in normal chess.

My opinion is that the tournament is an FRC tournament but not enough to choose
world champion in FRC.
