Do you see any statement above that his actions are wrong?  I believe wasteful
selfish actions but a person can be wasteful and selfish with what is theirs.

Who said he couldn't?  All i ask is that people read and respond to what is
stated.  Icertainly made no claims to what his rights are, this is commentary on
a known chess engine in a chess forum- subject a wasted chess engine and reret -
public regret and possibly morelands regret but certainly public regret
