Subject: The first WMCFRCC

I imagine it would sprout some added interest for FRC if an official world
campionship was held.

I know some of the servers support it, so there's our battle ground.

We need a date, not too soon though as interested programmers should have a
chance to implement it. I propose in 6-8 weeks, in the late summer.

How people choose to support it is up to them, they can change their GUIs to
send FENs rather than make the change in their engine, if that is what they
prefer.

What do you think?
